Returns & Store Credit Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please note: All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase for store credit and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging—and include proof of purchase.


Returns under this policy will also be issued as store credit only.


Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days via email.
