Thank you for shopping with The Lavissh Look. We take care in preparing every order and appreciate your patience as each piece is thoughtfully processed.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new releases or capsule launches, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume. Clients will be notified if delays occur.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and service availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


The Lavissh Look is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Lavissh Look is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
